Paper Presentation

For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper. There are two presentation formats:

  • e-poster presentation;
  • standard presentation.

Regardless of the presentation format, all accepted papers will be published in full in the proceedings and subsequently online, using the final versions submitted by the authors.

E-poster Presentation

An e-poster consists of a single slide with a 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape orientation).

When preparing your e-poster in Microsoft PowerPoint, please use the template informatics2026EPoster.pptx. The suggested content for the main section of the e-poster may be adapted to suit your needs. If you use other software, please follow the template as closely as possible (see informatics2026EPoster.pdf).

Your e-poster should be available at the conference in PowerPoint or PDF format.

Each e-poster presentation has a 10-minute time slot: 7 minutes for presenting the paper and 3 minutes for discussion.

Standard Presentation

A standard presentation consists of multiple slides with a 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape orientation).

Your presentation should be available at the conference in PowerPoint or PDF format.

Each standard presentation has a 20-minute time slot: 15 minutes for presenting the paper and 5 minutes for discussion.
